Following these instructions you can ensure your local device is just as happy and we want your first experience to be that optimum experience!   1. Please ensure Windows 7 Service Pack 1 is installed (maybe not a requirement but very desirable!)

  1. Please ensure Windows XP Service Pack 3 is installed (this is critical!)
  2. If your XP machine:is x86 based, please download and install this Microsoft update

  2. If your Vista machine:is x86 based, please download and install this Microsoft update

Mac OS X and iOS

Mac OS X version 10.5 or later is required

  1. Please ensure your Mac OS X is up to date 
  2. In Google Chrome go to our login page and enter your details, or download and install the iTap mobile (one off charge applies)

iPhone OS 3.0 or later is required on iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and iPod touch

 

  1. Download and install the iTap mobile (one off charge applies)
  2. You will be asked to purchase & download the ‘iTap mobile RDP’. This is a once-off purchase direct with iTap and while Australian Cloud has no equity in the transaction we are happy to recommend iTap, so feel comfortable buying!

Android

There are so many Linux distributions we are unable to test on every version!

  1. Please ensure the latest Java Run Time plugin is installed four your Linux distribution. As an example if you have Ubuntu or Debian you can install the “icedtea6-plugin” package.
  2. In your favoured Internet Browser go to our login page and enter your details.
